π¨ Playlist refiner [beta]

Want to make sure you aren’t leaving your best bangers behind? Or want to open up your creative options?
The new playlist refiner tool will suggest tracks to swap out based on underutilised tracks from the rest of your library that you may have forgotten about.
βοΈ Compare playlists

Planning for a set and have a playlist that you know works? You can now compare two playlists in the improved playlist balance tool. View playlists across different dimensions like tag, artist variety, genre variety and key to get the same vibe.
π£οΈ Paths

Paths have always been a core part of the philosophy of librarydojo. They acknowledge that not every library, or every DJ is the same. The system should adapt to reflect their individual style, not force them down one particular path.
In this version, paths have been completely reimagined.
Each path now reflects a ‘Snapshot’ of what your current library is looking like.
Been focussing on digging new artists recently? The path of the Horizon will reflect that. Been cueing like a demon? Your blade progress will increase.
These are no longer achievements. They are a reflection of where you’re at, and a guide to where you may want to focus on next.
And even cooler now System tasks are tied directly to the paths they improve.

Quality of life improvements
librarydojo has been rebuilt from the ground up in version 3.
ποΈ Focus sessions
We know the feeling when there’s 18,429 tracks missing a particular tag. The mountain feels impossible to climb.
librarydojo 3 introduces ‘Focus sessions’. They are small bitesized tasks you can kick off from a system issue or a path that help you eat the elephant one small step at a time.
π Speed
Now initial library processing happens on your device which means you no longer have to re-upload every time you visit the app – hooray!
It’s also now blazing fast – even on huge libraries.
37,492 track library - upload to loaded landing page
Version 2: 58 seconds
Version 3: 16 seconds
π 72.4% faster
You’ll notice that navigation and page loads are significantly faster than before, letting you get to what you need faster.
